Bri started Serendipity Skin and Brow in April 2023 when she opened her first studio in Northboro, MA that focused solely on Powder Brow permanent makeup.  She fell in love with the art of brows while in aesthetics school realizing that the brows can shape our faces and showcase our expressions fully.  She trained privately with a top artist in the state alongside taking a full time aesthetics program and working part time at a local spa.  Her skin studio located in Westboro, MA opened not too long after in September 2023 and allowed her to offer her full array of services in her own way to clients.  

Bri’s love for skincare can be rooted back to her early childhood years when she discovered the American Girl Doll line at Bath and Body Works.  From scents to textures and everything in between skincare products were always something that took up much space on her vanity top.  Her background in movement science and business led her on a path of discovery realizing that the role of an aesthetician would fulfill her cup of helping others glow internally and externally.  

After experiencing many facials herself up the East Coast she couldn’t find the perfect facial that incorporated everything she loved.  She also always found herself stressing as she entered the treatment room at what her final cost would be.  Many aesthetics practices charge extra for every little thing they do in addition to the baseline facial.  She understood the extras were what her skin needed but hated trying to do math while on the table during her facial.

Thus the birth of the “Serendipity Way”.  An all inclusive experience that includes all the “extras” at no additional cost.  She created a facial that she would love to experience and brought it to her clients.  All facials include a chemical exfoliation (something you cannot do in your bathroom), head to toe massage, extended time on skin correcting face masks, LED light therapy and a customized blend of finishing products including serums, moisturizers and SPF.  This approach allows the client to experience a deep state of relaxation while they know they are getting the best approach for their skin without sticker shock at checkout.  

In 2025 she expanded her business location in Westboro to have her skin and brow studio side by side.
