Some of our longtime clients have moved away from Massachusetts but still wanted to continue using Green Envee products and the routines we had built together. That connection inspired us to create a way to extend the Serendipity experience beyond the studio.
Our virtual skin consultation is available to clients anywhere in the U.S. and gives you dedicated one-on-one time with an aesthetician to review your current routine, discuss your goals, and create a personalized Green Envee skincare plan that feels practical for everyday life.

Cunsultation
After purchasing your $50 virtual consultation, you’ll receive a personalized intake form by email. Share your current skincare routine, products, concerns, lifestyle, and what you’d like to better understand about your skin.

Meet With Your Aesthetician
Once your intake form is complete, we’ll schedule your private 30-minute virtual consultation. Together, we’ll review your responses, talk through your current routine, and identify what may be working or working against your skin.

Leave With Clarity
Your consultation is centered on education and personalization. You’ll gain a better understanding of your skin, your products, and the purpose behind each step, so you can make more informed choices about your routine.
A Green Envee Regimen Built Around You
One of the main outcomes of your virtual skin consultation is a customized Green Envee skincare regimen based on the information discussed during your appointment.
We will explain which products may suit your current needs, how they fit together, and where they belong within your morning and evening routine. You will also receive professional service recommendations that you can explore with qualified skincare providers in your local area when in-person treatments may complement your home routine.
If you decide to purchase Green Envee products after the consultation, we will send a text invoice at the conclusion of the call. Your original $50 consultation fee is applied as a credit toward products purchased that day. Orders are then prepared for shipment the following day.
Support That Continues After the Call
Skincare questions do not always appear during a scheduled appointment. You may begin using a new product and want clarification, need help adjusting your routine, or be ready to reorder something that has become part of your regular regimen.
Virtual clients receive email access to their aesthetician for future product questions, skincare support, and reorders. That continued connection is an important part of the experience because a routine often needs to evolve as your skin, environment, and lifestyle change.
